My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The rooms were tastefully decorated and a perfect place for relaxation with a cup of coffee. They were surprisingly spacious with great amenities, but unfortunately, my room was situated next to the staff office on the 1st floor. The service was excellent, with the staff being polite and very helpful throughout my stay. The location was special, right in the center of the old town with easy access to the main attractions and fantastic dining options. The dining experience was very good, offering the best selection I had during my time in France. Overall, the hotel provided a pleasant experience despite a few minor inconveniences.

The hotel was in a perfect location right by the Papal Palace and all other tourist attractions in Avignon. The rooms were lovely, and the large bathroom was a great plus despite being in the center of town. The service was friendly and went above and beyond, even getting special requests like Soya milk.
